Amy the Prospector is an internal Chrome extension built by Datarails for use by Datarails employees only.

Data we collect

• Your Datarails work email address, entered manually in the extension's Options page and stored locally in your browser via Chrome's sync storage.
• The LinkedIn profile or company page URL of the contact you choose to add, sent to Datarails' internal systems at the time of the button click.

How we use it Your email is used solely to attribute HubSpot records to you as the contact owner. LinkedIn URLs are sent to Datarails' internal CRM enrichment workflow and used to create or update contact and company records in HubSpot.

Data sharing No data is shared with third parties. All data is processed within Datarails' internal infrastructure.

Data retention Your email is stored in Chrome sync storage and can be removed at any time by clearing the extension's Options page or uninstalling the extension.
